Health Condition
Guests must disclose any medical conditions prior to booking
By completing reservation, guests confirm they are physically fit and fully responsible for any injuries or personal incidents that may occur during the experience
Child Policy
Children aged 2 years and under: Free of charge
Children from 3 to 10 years: 50% of the price
Children aged 11 years and above: Charged as adults
Experience is available for groups ranging from 2 to 10 guests
Late arrivals are non-refundable
Free cancellation is available up to 72 hrs prior to the trip
Bookings must be made at least 48 hrs in advance Kindly contact us beforehand to confirm availability
In case of cancellation from our side, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
Early arrival flights & late departure flights are recommended to fully enjoy experience
Guests are advised to coordinate flight bookings with us before confirmation for best scheduling arrangement
Private transfers to/from the guest’s hotel or residence outside the Haram area are available upon request for an additional fee
Booking arrangements from outside Mecca via flight or train are available for an additional fee
Optional accommodation in Mecca for one night or more can be arranged upon request for an additional fee
